The Graduate Trainee will engage in a series of rotations providing comprehensive insights into the company and industry. The Graduate Trainee will:

Experience various BPS functions with rotational assignments lasting of 1-6 months eachDrive and deliver dedicated projects with agility, focusing on SMART goalsParticipate in required training and evaluations to enhance learningBuild strong networks to understand business and culture  Integrate swiftly into different departments and teams for maximum learning and contribution

Required Background and Key Attributes:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Chemistry with good academic gradesStrong interest in BioPharma and Life Sciences industries, with a desire to grow in an international environmentExhibits a positive attitude and proactive approach to challengesDemonstrates a strong enthusiasm for understanding our business, products, customers and internal stakeholdersComfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, thriving in dynamic environmentsPossesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration and relationship-buildingEmbraces continuous learning and displays learning agility, seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth
