Graduate Trainee Program Overview: The Graduate Trainee Program aims to groom high-potential individuals, creating a future pipeline of technical and management resources within and across the region. This intensive 18-month rotational initiative is designed for undergraduates and graduates passionate about careers in the BioPharma and Life Sciences industries. It combines professional rotations with continuous coaching, mentoring, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities to optimize learning and growth. Program Structure: The Graduate Trainee will engage in a series of rotations providing comprehensive insights into the company and industry. Each rotation covers diverse business areas, applying both professional and academic experiences to foster all-around development in BPS Sales and Application Services, while deepening understanding of Sartorius’ business processes.
