Responsibilities

General Roles & Responsibilities

\n\nSupport the operations by initiating projects that will result to smooth flowing operations\nCreate and maintain required operation process documentation, including process flow charts, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis and line balancing.\nSupport Leaderships to complete daily operational tasks\nPromote continuous improvement by initiating projects that will help eliminate waste in operation processes, identify areas with improvement opportunity that will result to cost savings\nUnderstand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations Excellence, Operations) daily processes and goals\nParticipate in company’s strategic planning\nAnalyze, prepare and support in meeting the monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of assigned department/site\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insight and direction\nSupport the owner of Excellence School by enabling operational and leadership training within operation that will result to process standardization\nLead a team in accomplishing operational goals\n\n

Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:

\n\nPerform desk bound and physical work in warehouse operations\nProcess improvement\nCoordination with different operational support teams (eg. Quality, Safety, OMS)\nAny other ad-hoc requests\nProject Management\nOperations support\nRequirements\nA relevant Degree/Diploma qualification in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology of any related courses\nHigh integrity with ability to handle confidential information\nDynamic and goal oriented; enabling site teams to work according to the plan\nGood communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to work and interact with employees of all levels\nAbility to influence\nStrong analytical ability and attention to details\nPro-active and hands-on with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment\nGood team player with the ability to work independently as well\nProficient in MS Office applications\nWillingness to work in Warehouse Operations / Supply Chain Logistics industry\n
