Join Genus ABS as one of five graduates on our dynamic ABS Graduate Program starting in September 2025.

 

Designed for recent graduates passionate about the agricultural biotechnology sector, this program offers you an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry leaders, and contribute to global advancements in animal genetics.

 

 

Throughout the program, you’ll explore and gain valuable hands on experience across various areas of our business, develop in-demand skills, and contribute directly to our innovative projects, making an impact from day one.

You Will Participate in rotations across our key business units, gaining a deep and broad understanding of the agricultural biotechnology landscape.Work alongside experienced professionals in animal genetics, product development, and customer engagement to deliver high-impact projects.Engage in strategic presentations and decision-making sessions with senior leadership, building confidence in your business acumen.Grow through our Genus University learning platform and specialized development programs, providing you with lifelong skills and knowledge. Requirements

You'll also need the following

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Biotechnology, or related fields.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with a range of audiences.UK driving license and flexibility to travel across Great Britain and occasionally internationally. Business Overview
