This position is responsible for assisting to promote Danfoss Power Electronics & Drives (DPD) product and assist to maintaining a relationship with customers and channel partners.
As Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting business growth in Taiwan for the drive business under Danfoss Power Electronics & Drives (DPD) Segment. You will work with the local team supported by regional stakeholders to generate pipelines and help deliver sales targets. This includes help execute market strategies to maximize opportunities and assist building strategic partnerships. Therefore, attentiveness, motivation, sensitivity, and professionalism are prerequisites, as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on them. To be successful, the incumbent must work closely with the reporting manager and the team to drive a clear go-to-market strategy with an inclusive approach and prioritize efforts to help maximize business targets while developing long term opportunities.

Assisting the team to hit Taiwan sales targets per grow plan Help develop business strategy, aim at being subject matter expert and help implementation the strategy. Help develop and grow route to market partners in difference industry and build strong relationship together with the team. Help grow partners business through development and implementation of business plan. Mining new opportunities and help develop pipeline and win strategy. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Relevant experience in sales related positions with less than 2 years of working experience A technical degree in Power, Electrical & Electronic or Control and Instrumentation is a plus Exposure in matric organization, cross function, and cross culture environment is a plus Junior experience in Industry sales, Motor Drive experience is a plus Good understanding of Drive product knowledge and application is a plus Must be self-discipline, work independently with minimum supervision.
