Overview of the Early Career Program The Early Career Program gives you an opportunity to apply for a Graduate Trainee position in Lithuania starting from January 2025. This opportunity covers a 2-year Program, with 3 main assignments of 8 months each, rotating across the following departments: Commercial: Work closely with the brand teams and gain a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales, and commercial policies and practices. Define and implement brand strategies and productivity indicators used in measuring performance and efficiency. Manage planning, monitor the competitive environment, and develop a high level of product and therapeutic disease knowledge to promote the appropriate use of AbbVie products to our stakeholders. Medical Affairs: Assist in responding to medical inquiries and update the medical information database with the latest clinical and product information. Support the preparation of scientific materials and communication materials. Ensure adherence to ethical standards and compliance with policies and regulations. Customer Excellence: Develop understanding of the competitive landscape, navigate dynamics of the market and establish a deep understanding of the drivers of AbbVie’s performance. External Affairs: Contribute to connecting patients to AbbVie’s life-changing medicines. Drive engagement with all relevant stakeholders through internal and external communication.
