We work on various topics ranging from GenAI-driven business transformation, determining the best strategies for leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) through custom or tailored solutions like Copilot, CIO/CDO advisory to framing specific strategies in the domain of data and analytics, optimizing journey to the cloud, designing enterprise operating model and building best security frameworks.

Within Advisory, you will work on your research theme as a graduate student. You will work closely with our Market Units (Data & AI, Business Applications, Applications & Infrastructure) and other departments within Avanade.
Advisory is a growing community and thinks along with our clients on a strategic level. We form advice on new business models, market developments and transformation processes. As specialists in innovative services, we guide clients with their digital transformation from the concept phase to the implementation.
What you’ll do
At Avanade Advisory, we look together for solutions that contribute to the transformations that our customers are going through in the current era. Below are few topics as examples (and not limited to) for the research themes -
* Exploring future of AI driven business for optimizing business or growing our client’s business
* Determining the best strategies for leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) through custom or tailored solutions like Copilot.
* Most suitable Organizational operating models for GenAI adoption, whether centralized or decentralized, to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.
* Unlocking power of data while balancing data governance, control, and data sovereignty in large enterprises
* Evolution and adoption of multi-cloud landscape transformation while balancing operational excellence (Cost control objectives, sustainability goals etc.) to spearhead digital transformation in enterprise.
Deep diving into any of the themes, the approach usually involves looking at the problem statement with 3 pillar perspective:
* People and organization: Overall organizational model optimization with enabling people and skill to make this successful
* Process: What processes can be optimized or automated for achieving the goal. How are current processes involved / impacted and how will transformation impact governance of the process?
Technology: How do the optimized architecture, right tools, dashboards, user access mechanism, platform governance, initiative-taking triggers etc. help in achieving the controlled and optimized transformation journey and enabling more secure, robust, agile and sustainable organization (based on the objective/ theme)
Skills and experiences
* Ability to solve complex problems and frame cohesive and concise executive message or story
* Affinity for latest technologies (e.g. GenAI, Modern CRM, Cloud, Data management, Application modernization) and how they solve important problems for our customers and society
About you
* You have interest or experience to work with consultancy, innovation, product development, lean start-up, design thinking, funding, building a business case
* You have interest or experience or done assignments in the field of Digital (IT) strategies, Digital transformation, Technology for Sustainability, Agile for enterprises
