Responsibilities:
Weigh and Probe trucks, Inspect and Grade grain, Secure samples, Comply with USWA Weights and Measures, ADMWEIGH Data Entry, Answer phones, Retain documents for record retention.
Requirements:Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety proceduresHigh School Diploma - GraduateExhibit regular and prompt attendanceAble to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, prolonged periods of using a telephone, bending, kneeling, lift storage boxesWilling to work overtime and weekendsDemonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team settingExhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitudeComputer skills are a must; previous experience with data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel is preferredPrevious experience weighing and grading preferredMust successfully complete soybean weighing and grading exam to obtain USWA Service License to Inspect, Grade and Weigh within 60 daysExcited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
