Client care duties include ADLs, supervision, accompaniment to appointments, transportation and light cleaning.
Responsibilities:
Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care Monitor patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise Observe the client’s physical, mental, and emotional conditions/ document and record changes in the patient condition Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment Assist with daily living activities, such as dressing or taking a bath Adhere to professional standards, facility care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirementsSkill Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software Strong patient service skills Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow protocols and rules regarding the patient's care Ability to address minor medical issuesDocumentation requirements:
