Log back in Grants Administrator Posting Number 2024-13526 Posted Date 1 day ago(11/5/2024 9:37 AM) Location : Location US-NY-New York Hybrid Remote Work Classification Hybrid: 60% to 80% Onsite Department Molecular Pathobiology (Administrators) School/Division College of Dentistry (DN1032) Compensation Grade Band 52 Union N/A FT/PT Full-Time Category Development/Sponsored Research/Grant Writing Position Summary Manage and oversee sponsored research for the department of Basic Science and Craniofacial Biology. Assist Principal Investigators in preparing grant proposals, to include providing guidance and assistance in budget preparation and interpretation of funding agency regulations and requirements; review proposals for compliance with policies, regulations, procedures, and facilitates documentation requirements. Prepare and develop grant-funded project budgets. As subject matter expert, respond to all grant budget inquiries from within the University and federal and non-federal sponsors. Qualifications Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
3+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience creating budgets and managing grant accounts.

Preferred Experience:
Experience managing grant accounts in an academic environment.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with word processing, database and spreadsheet software.

Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $74,520.00 to USD $91,080.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
