Description We are seeking a Grants and Community Liaison to join our team in Rochester, New York. This role centers around securing funding and fostering community relationships for a great non-profit organization! Responsibilities: • Identifying and researching grant opportunities that align with our mission and programs • Drafting, submitting, and managing grant proposals while ensuring compliance with all deadlines and stipulations • Keeping detailed records of all grant activities, including application statuses, reporting obligations, and funding results • Assisting in the stewardship of donors and the nurturing of long-term relationships with funding partners • Collaborating with our team to devise innovative strategies for resource acquisition and engagement • Engaging in community outreach and events to bolster our presence and partnerships within the community • Utilizing knowledge of local community resources and stakeholders to further our mission. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Grant Writing, with a track record of successfully securing funding for projects or organizations. • Proven experience in Community Engagement, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse community groups. • Experience in planning, organizing, and executing Community Events, ensuring they meet goals and exceed expectations. • Strong background in Community Outreach, with skills in identifying community needs and implementing effective outreach strategies. • Excellent Community Relations skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicts, build consensus, and foster positive relationships within the community Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
