POSITION SUMMARY

The Grants Director is responsible for designing, creating, and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the integrity, quality, and compliance of Adelante Healthcare’s Grants Department. The role will lead the acquisition of public and private funding to support Adelante foundational and strategic programs and services, along with the collaborative efforts in developing, implementing, executing, and managing grants and grants-related programs, projects, fund development activities, and initiatives for the organization.
