POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. This position will be responsible for assisting our in-house design team with graphic design and marketing duties for multiple businesses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and creative.
This role is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing and marketing strategies for multiple markets, including profiling target candidates and identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively and efficiently attract non-exempt and exempt candidates.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Recruitment Marketing leader, you will act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and customer relationship management. You will partner with leaders, clients, customers, and business partners to drive strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions. To be successful in this role, you will need to both see the big picture and be able to execute rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
The Recruitment Marketing Manager will partner cross-functionally offer sourcing guidance around:
+ Seamlessly convert ideas into images, layouts, and other designs.
+ Contribute to the comprehensive design process from conception to design, proofing, and production.
+ Assist the design team with layout and design of projects including brochures, web content, social media assets, invitations, signage, and other graphics.
+ Understand project requirements and adhere to management’s specifications and branding guidelines.
+ Support the marketing department as needed with special projects, admin tasks, tracking metrics, etc.

Required
+ Proficiency with design platforms including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
+ Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
+ Compelling portfolio of work over a variety of creative projects.
+ Strong initiative, and the ability to communicate about creative concepts with colleagues of different professional backgrounds.
+ Understanding of trends and best practices for using graphics to communicate effectively via digital channels and with diverse audiences.
+ Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines on complex and multi-stakeholder projects.
+ Experience working with internal creative teams, navigating projects to completion, helping manage, and creating strong working relationships.
+ Knowledge of modern marketing and technology, and the ability to quickly understand complex concepts and explain to stakeholders.
+ Experience working with data, analytics, and research to iterate and test.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
