Graphic Designer, Brand Marketing
**ABOUT THIS POSITION** We’re seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our brand marketing creative team. This role will play a critical part in bringing Waystar’s brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. Reporting to the Team Brand Experience Manager, the Graphic Designer will collaborate across departments to design and execute assets that support marketing campaigns, events, internal communications, and digital initiatives. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** + Develop creative assets that align with Waystar’s brand guidelines and enhance the company’s visual identity. + Ensure consistency and quality across all materials, including digital, print, and environmental design. + Create engaging designs for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, infographics, presentations, and advertisements. + Work closely with the marketing team to develop concepts that resonate with target audiences. + Support the design and execution of materials for corporate events, including on-site brand experiences, signage, promotional materials, awards, and swag. + Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure event collateral aligns with goals and brand standards. + Produce designs for web pages, digital ads, and UI/UX elements that enhance the online experience. + Optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring they meet technical requirements and accessibility standards. + Partner with internal teams to provide branded support for communication platforms, materials, and messaging. + Create branded graphics, templates, and materials that ensure cohesive and visually aligned internal communications. + Partner with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver designs that achieve desired outcomes. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. + Assist in maintaining organized and accessible brand asset management tools. + Support branded elements for office environments, including displays, signage, and software interfaces. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** + Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. + 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency setting. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch. + Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. + Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. + Knowledge of digital design best practices, including responsive design and accessibility standards. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
