Job Description
Devoteam is looking for a talented Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our visual identity across a wide range of materials, supporting our marketing, sales, HR, and internal communication efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a part-time capacity. The candidate needs to be flexible and be able to work approximately 20 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. External Marketing & Communications
Preparing marketing materials, campaign banners, visuals and promotional photos and videos for events or campaigns.2. Sales Support & Promotional Materials
Develop and design one-pagers, product flyers, and datasheets, event brochures or leaflets, event brochures or leaflets, and others.3. Internal Communication & Company Culture
Create visuals for internal campaigns including animations, videos and posters or internal signage.Provide internal event photography.4. Recruitment & Employer Branding
Design hiring banners for social media and various job boards, special recruitment campaign visuals .Design leaflets for recruitment events (job fairs) and employer brand videos showcasing team culture and roles.5. Technical Design & Production Support
Ensure accurate exporting and preparation of files for web or print.Execute light editing and retouching of photos.6. Others
Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials.Keep design templates updated (banners, icons).Collaborate effectively with marketing, HR, communications, and sales teams.Qualifications
Requirements for this role:
Secondary school diploma or flexible student at universityProven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work for at least 2 years (even during the studies). Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and Google Slides. Nice to have Adobe InDesign, Adobe LightroomExperience with video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro) is a must, Adobe After Effects is a plusExcellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with a strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Excellent Czech/Slovak communication skills.Advanced communication in English.Additional InformationBenefits:
