We are looking for an imaginative and positive thinking creative superhero. The ideal candidate will have very good knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written, spoken or sketched ideas and convert them into graphical illustrations, posters or infographics that connects ideas and communicate messages effectively.

Role accountabilities:

Mastering graphic design and visual concepts and techniques. Advanced knowledge of design software and technologies like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign; Ability to utilize creative pen tablets for hand drawn sketches along with Procreate software or similar; Desire to learn 3D modeling and rendering software, like 3DS Max, Blender, etc.; Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level (minimum B1); The ability and desire to learn new skills and software and to be up to date with the latest software and hardware features and capabilities in the field; Proactivity is a must; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technicalities and recommendations to stakeholders; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of relevant 3D modeling and rendering software, as 3DS Max, Blender, etc. is a plus; Knowledge of UI/UX design and applications focused on building websites like Webflow is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyzing the design brief and understand the requirements for translating strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity Coordinating closely with our external counterparts regarding the project inputs and requirements. Estimating and communicating necessary working time based on received input data and client requirements. Create complex sketches or illustrations using pen tablets illustrating concepts and design principles. Create outputs of specific visualization services (hand drawn sketches, graphical illustrations, posters, infographics, post processing of 3D rendered images). Creating documentation and presentations that facilitates the knowledge transfer to the other team members. Collaborating with the team members to resolve various issues or errors that can affect the projects workflow.
