We develop experientially rich environments through a deep multiple disciplinary & holistic design approach. **Your Opportunity** We are currently seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join an extraordinary team of people. This individual will support various design phases of groundbreaking projects including education, workplace, and commercial architectural and landscape interventions, wayfinding and placemaking for public areas, and brand identity and design character for a myriad of built environments. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Working with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, you will be responsible for performing tasks within all phases of Design and Graphic Design. * Develop deliverables consistent with industry standards and practices. * Work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary studio environment. * Work directly with clients, product vendors and fabricators. * Develop narrative through rapid iteration. * Stay current with industry practice and trends. * Develop cohesive client-facing presentation decks. * Seek innovation in design and delivery i.e. AI integration. * Expectation to grow 3D modeling and visualization capabilities (Sketchup, Rhino, Enscape, etc.). * Expectation to grow skills in experiential graphic design and spatial placemaking. Qualifications * Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and experience. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients. * Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition. * Willingness to learn new workflows and develop in new workflows. * Exercise judgement to carry out clearly defined tasks under direct supervision. * Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), CAD Tools, and Microsoft Office. * Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (i.e SketchUp and Enscape), a plus but not required. * Experience with in real‑time generative graphics frameworks for ambient, interactive or data‑driven visuals (i.e. Touch Designer, p5.js or Processing), a plus but not required. * Experience with layer‑based motion graphics workflows as well as non-linear video editing (i.e. Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) a plus but not required. **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, experiential graphic design, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or experiential graphic design (internships count). Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
