In this role, you will create engaging, brand-aligned visuals to drive enrollment for our graduate programs and executive education offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer skilled in both print and digital media, with a focus on editorial and UX design. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team, working on everything from promotional materials and social media graphics to swag design and event collateral. **Responsibilities** + **Design marketing materials** , including print collateral, digital ads, social media graphics, and email templates, ensuring alignment with university and program branding. + **Collaborate with the marketing team** to create cohesive, visually appealing content across a variety of platforms. + **Develop creative concepts** that engage prospective students and alumni, enhancing the brand identity of our programs. + **Assist with the design and coordination** of program swag, including placement proofs, order approvals, and vendor communication. + **Design and update printed materials** and promotional items for events and outreach efforts. + **Support the development of web** and UX design elements for program websites. + **Maintain a consistent design aesthetic** across all materials, adhering to branding guidelines. **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) plus 3 years of related experience and a portfolio at the time of the interview required; demonstrated effective communication skills; the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required.
