Compensation                   $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp./Equity - Range may vary based on experience. 

ABOUT THE JOB
We are currently seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team.  Someone who can think both creatively, critically and quickly; someone with excellent communication skills who can turn out exceptional work and constantly thinks about how they can elevate designs. This role requires attention to detail, a high level of creativity with the ability to follow brand guidelines and project/time management skills. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop high-impact, sleek designs for marketing collateral including but not limited to: PowerPoint decks, web assets, infographics, brochures, social media ads, virtual and live event promotions, sales, and environmental graphics  Create designs, concepts, and layouts that meet specific graphical needs - utilizing expertise and knowledge of aesthetic design principles.  Update existing artwork to produce finished product (includes content updates and translated content)  Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to align designs and development goals, while maintaining a seamless execution  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts for field events, corporate events and annual user conference and partner summit  Manage projects and deadlines while working both independently and under supervision  Apply master creative concepts to various assets in digital and print  Demonstrate a professional approach to giving and receiving feedback 

 

Formal Education and Certification

Four-year college degree in a field such as Graphic Design or related field preferred.  5-7+ years of experience in Graphic Design (digital and print)

 

Knowledge and Experience

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word on a MAC platform Experience using video editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia(preferred, not required) Understanding of trends within the scope of the design industry Ability to effectively establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color Experience supporting an employer brand and/or B2B marketing communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies Demonstrate the ability to remain flexible and adjust to changing priorities as needed Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables Ability to follow brand guidelines and take creative direction/revision notes and effectively integrate into design in a timely manner Ability to manage multiple and concurrent projects with timely responsiveness Video and multi-language skills a plus
