This position reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and is responsible for the design and production of a wide variety of print and digital marketing assets to support the Company’s marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities Develop graphics for print and digital output such as ads, social media, e-mail, web, proposals/qualification packages, award submittals, and presentations, for both internal and external purposes while adhering to Pape-Dawson’s established visual identity and brand guidelinesDesign and develop content for print collateral including flyers, brochures, and large format tradeshow graphicsDesign graphics to support corporate events and communicationCoordinate production of print collateral with external vendors with limited oversightDevelop infographics to visually communicate technical information for project proposalsProduce graphics for internal communication for employee events and email blastsAssist with video and photography coordination as neededMaintain organization of creative assets Qualifications Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fieldMinimum of 2 years graphic design experienceMust be highly skilled in core Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Must be highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPointStrong work ethic, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learnAbility to work independently with direction as well as with a team for collaboration with statewide marketing teamAbility to develop and maintain a high level of professional relationships with any level of employee within an organizational structureExceptional communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAvailable to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines
