Description Robert Half's client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer in the Washington, DC area. Key Responsibilities: + Conceptualize and design digital assets, including websites, email campaigns, social media graphics, and digital advertisements. + Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and other team members to develop visually compelling solutions for clients. + Ensure all designs are on-brand and optimized for various digital platforms and devices. + Manage multiple design projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. + Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and innovation of the work. + Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers as needed. Requirements Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (web, social, ads, etc.). + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. + Experience with UX/UI design and creating responsive web layouts is preferred. + Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices. + Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign. + Proven experience in creating advertisements and promotional materials. + Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphics and designs.
