About this role: The Graphic Design Manager will create visually impactful designs for our store’s organization. This role plays an important part in the brand development of the organization. The Graphic Design Manager will be tasked with maintaining the continuity and integrity of all Tailored Brands banners. This role takes the lead on conceptual ideas and creative direction while using current assets and creating new assets to be used by the Visual Merchandising team and enterprise. This person should have experience in developing creative workflows and managing a queue of requested work. This position is remote and reports to the Director of Visual Operations. Responsibilities: Maintain digital files that are readily accessible for editing or printing upon demand Manage visual merchandising content calendars on schedule, work with deadlines in mind, keeping efficiency top of mind. Provides graphic support for internal events, meetings and conferences ensure messaging and visuals are aligned. Creates graphic designs and layouts for print, digital, presentations and other creative, ensuring designs adhere to brand standards and communicate intended messaging goals Create mockups and prototypes using Adobe Creative Suite and photo-editing software, and present final designs for approval Review and ensure the quality of all design outputs, making sure they meet brand and design standards Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, 5 years or more of graphic design experience at agency or in-house setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience 4+ years' proven experience of high-quality work Ability to convert insights and ideas into strong story telling images Capability to adapt to change and handle multiple and competing priorities Proficient understanding of typography design and trends Excellent collaborative skills to meet deadlines, ensure completion of designs, keeping business partners aware of project status. Strong visual and verbal communication skills, able to effectively present design to internal and external audiences Experience with using design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) Adobe Creative Suite & Sketch and MS Office application (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
