Responsibilities Champion the Brand: Maintain and uphold the company’s visual identity across all platforms. Create Impactful Designs: Design print and digital materials like presentations, social media assets, and collateral. Collaborate Creatively: Collaborate with teams to create designs that support business goals. Organize & Manage Assets: Organize and manage digital assets, including artwork and marketing archives. Engage Diverse Audiences: Create engaging designs for diverse internal and external audiences. Contribute Ideas: Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions. Deliver Excellence: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects while managing deadlines. Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. Adapt & Support: Perform additional design-related tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (experience with Acrobat Pro, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a plus) Demonstrated experience designing across multiple media platforms, including digital, print, and video Basic understanding of web design principles, with knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS being advantageous Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred Experience in video production and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro is a strong advantage Submission of an online portfolio demonstrating professional design work is required Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines A passion for creativity, innovation, and improving the lives of seniors What We Offer For Full-Time Employees: 401 K Full Benefits HSA and FSA Life and Disability Insurance EAP Recognition Programs FUN and much more     This employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
