Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a junior graphic designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing visually appealing designs that support marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. Responsibilities + Graphic Design: Create engaging and visually compelling graphics for social media channels that align with the brand’s identity. + Marketing Collateral: Assist in designing and laying out marketing materials such as flyers, catalogs, brochures, and HTML email campaigns. + Web Maintenance: Support website updates, including uploading content, formatting, and performing basic maintenance using WordPress. + Content Optimization: Reformat and optimize marketing materials and technical documentation for use across various platforms and formats. + Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and ensure brand consistency in all deliverables. Requirements Qualifications + Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). + Basic knowledge of WordPress and web design principles. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. + A portfolio showcasing design and layout work is a plus.
