As our Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team and our vendors to bring our brand to life through eye-catching visuals in digital and print media. If you’re an artistic problem solver with a passion for design, a creative digital storyteller with strong organizational skills, this is the job for you! *Responsibilities* · Design engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including ads, brochures, and web graphics. · Uphold and innovate our brand standards across all projects and platforms. · Collaborate with marketing staff and advertising vendors to develop fresh concepts for campaigns, advertising, and promotions. · Review and provide constructive feedback on materials designed by others, for quality and adherence to brand standards · Prepare files for production, including print and web specifications, while communicating with vendors and printers. · Retain an organized approach while meeting deadlines of multiple projects. · Research, design, and ordering of branded promotional items. · Special projects like Annual Reports, marketing plans, and legislative documents. · Maintain our visual presence online with graphics for our website, social media, and more! · Design graphics for lottery terminals, such as exterior wraps and on-screen images *What We’re Looking For* · A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field, plus 3 years of design experience (or a combination of education and experience) · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office · Knowledge of digital design and print production best practices. · Strong communication skills to gather project details and collaborate effectively. · Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and maintain files. · Creative problem-solving skills to turn ideas into impactful designs. *Show us what you can do!* Applicant are required to provide a minimum of three and a maximum of five examples of relevant work you have done in the last five years.
