Job DescriptionAs the Graphic Designer, you will support the creative execution and output of the high volume of graphic design projects for FinTech Futures brand as well as Banking Tech Awards, Banking Tech Awards USA, PayTech Awards and PayTech Awards USA.
You will be responsible for assessing and executing design and production on revolving projects for FinTech Futures such as the magazine, supplements, whitepapers, reports, webinars and the website, as well as other events and the awards portfolio (Banking Tech Awards, Banking Tech Awards USA, PayTech Awards and PayTech Awards USA). Assets will include social banners, sign design, online and print collateral and any other promotion. He or she will be in charge of managing his/her own work-flow and will be able to balance and prioritise multiple projects at once to set deadlines. We are looking for a team player that will collaborate with the team, other designers and departments, execute design work and bring new ideas to the table on how to evolve Informa Connect and FinTech Futures design workflow.

Keep current with emerging design trends and share innovations with teamDesign and produce marketing materials including email banners, newsletter, brochures, media packs, videos, web banners and social as well as collateral for internal and external eventsCreate engaging content, images and infographics for social mediaBase level knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro with the ability to edit and export existing contentDesign & layout of the monthly Banking Technology Magazine, other supplements and editorial publicationsProduce regular videos to promote the FinTech Futures brand, editorial content and awards eventsCreate banners to promote the FinTech Futures What the FinTech? podcastCollaborates with team on project management and brand design implementation Upholds business brand guidelines Reports into the Head of MarketingQualificationsCommunication skills are important – must be able to understand scoping work and setting expectations with clientSkills in managing multiple projects and teams within aggressive timelinesAbility to work in matrixed, high paced environmentAbility to handle multiple requests at once as well as assist others on the teamExperience in events design and marketing/communications a big plusProven technical skills in the following areas: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Microsoft programsVideo creative and editing softwareStrong attention to detail
