Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities: Develop effective audiovisual and graphic material for lead generation strategies, including videos and various design formats (digital and print) to support other departments requests. Plan and execute all graphic content for internal and external events, partnerships, and Foundever programs. Create and review engaging social media content based on the brand guidelines and global initiatives. Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital channels through audiovisual material. Record, edit, and produce videos for various purposes, such as sourcing, events, activities, and communication. Coordinate and conduct photoshoots to produce relevant content.
Education and Experience Target: Degree in Graphic Design or related field Previous work experience as a Designer (must present portfolio) Previous work experience in video production (must present videos) Previous work experience in digital marketing and digital channels (not a must) Qualifications: Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Intermediate to advance MS PowerPoint skills Internet tools Advance knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) Advance knowledge of social media: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish Skills Required: Creative outside-the-box thinker Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills Must be team worker High level of professionalism and ethics Self-motivated and results oriented Well-organized and time management skills Must have schedule flexibility (be available to work on weekends and over time if needed)
