Role Overview:

As our Graphic Designer, you'll have the opportunity to craft eye-catching

graphics for social media, brochures, advertisements, and website content.

You'll help establish and maintain our brand's visual identity across all

are. From participating in brainstorming sessions to executing high-quality

designs under tight deadlines, your skills will shine. Your contributions will

not only elevate our marketing campaigns but will also help you keep your

design skills sharp by staying current with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling graphics for a range of media, including social media, brochures, advertisements, and website content.Collaborate on the development and consistency of our brand's identity across all touchpoints.Deliver high-quality work, meeting tight deadlines while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.Engage in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives.Provide support to the design team through tasks like photo editing, layout design, and preparing files for print.Continuously update your knowledge of design trends and best practices to keep bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills:

Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders.Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.A meticulous eye for detail to ensure precision in all your design projects.Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.0 to 3 years of graphic design experience, complemented by a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity.Basic knowledge of web design principles, including HTML/CSS, is a plus.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
