Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Graphic Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and business objectives. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-quality digital and print materials, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience. Key Responsibilities: + Design and produce marketing materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, brochures, presentations, and advertisements. + Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content. + Create engaging illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and branding. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with campaign goals. + Edit and retouch images, ensuring high-quality output for both digital and print formats. + Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality. + Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). + Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. + Experience with typography, color theory, and layout principles. + Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design best practices is a plus. + Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs. + Strong time management and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
