About This Opportunity While reporting to the Senior Director of International Marketing and Communications, the Graphic Designer works closely with the account management teams to execute design projects for products and retail displays throughout APAC. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have an interest in the operational and administrative elements tied to design, marketing, and project management. We are looking for those who possess the ability to create while following specific brand guidelines, have a strong eye for detail and excellent proofing skills, have a digital portfolio of their design work, are highly organized and can manage multiple projects with ease, and who are bilingual (English/Chinese). Responsibilities Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness. This involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and developing campaigns that resonate with customers. Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and social media posts. Responsible for designing and executing both in-store and online marketing campaigns. Work closely with external retail and brand partners to ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Serve as a liaison between the International Marketing team and the APAC region to execute on global initiatives. Interpret and develop design concepts that align with corporate brand guidelines for international initiatives, including internal and external communications, events, and corporate initiatives. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or marketing Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) Highly creative with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and visually appealing designs. 2 years of experience in creating marketing collateral for both online and offline channels Highly experienced and proficient with PowerPoint, Adobe CC, specifically InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop A digital portfolio is required for consideration and should include examples of marketing collateral, social media content, and multimedia projects. Immediate or short notice would be advantage.
