Role

A new position in the communications and marketing team focusing on design and creative for all promotional assets as directed by the Head of Marketing and PR. With a flair for high-quality design and content, you will collaborate with the wider team to deliver campaign assets, multi-channel promotional material and graphics for the Group and its nationwide venues, campaigns, artists, promoters and tours.

About You

Demonstrable experience in a design role in music, brand, media or entertainmentStrong working knowledge of layout and design for print and digital, online and social media, from conception to final realisationConfident and knowledgeable in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and web-based applicationsCredible portfolio of work and brand management experienceExperience in video editing and animationPassion for design, marketing, content and social mediaMotivated by impact-led design to ensure all campaign activity aligns

Responsibilities

Work with the head of PR and brand communications to develop visual assets and promotional material for the key strategic business objectivesLiaise daily with the department leads (digital marketing, social and content, marketing, PR) to produce creative assets for a wide variety of media, including but not limited to; print, digital, presentations, corporate and social mediaCreate unique graphics for all relevant promotional channels and projectsDevelop layout, design and branding from concept to final realisationEnsure that a high volume of artwork and design elements are delivered in a timely mannerManage and monitor multiple projects throughout the various stages of developmentUnderstand best practice across social and paid media channelsStrive for best-in-class creative outputPromote good communication and respond to feedbackWork within company brand guidelines and style guidesManage, brief and oversee relationships with any external designers as requiredIdentify and communicate key design and creative trends, formats and insights
