Category Marketing Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Location Rochester Description Job Summary: This position will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the company's marketing and branding efforts. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring visual consistency across all marketing channels and enhancing the overall brand experience. Essential Functions: + Design and produce visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including: + Social media posts (images, videos, stories) + Website banners, landing pages, and infographics + Email marketing campaigns + Print materials (Direct Mail, brochures, flyers, banners) + Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides. + Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. + Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns. + Stay abreast of design trends and industry best practices. + Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). + Create motion graphics and animations for videos. + Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro) + Plan and produce high-quality video content (e.g. explainer videos, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: + Strong portfolio demonstrating a proficiency inf design principles and a creative vision. + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is essential. + Still photography and videography skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Ability to manage competing priorities and change direction as needed to support growth in business. + Motion graphics and video editing skills. + Experience with animation software. Other Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Videography or a related field. + Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry highly desirable. + 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design. Compensation: Our job titles may span more than one career level. The annual pay range for this position is $59,000 - $73,000. The actual salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
