Location: Malvern, PA (onsite Tues/Weds/Thurs)Type: W2 hourly contract, 6-monthsCompensation Range: $45-55/hrWe're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer that is passionate about presentations and comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines to join our financial services marketing team. In this design role, you'll apply your solid design skills, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving mindset to help drive positive business outcomes. You'll be part of a creative team which includes writers, content strategists, project managers, design strategists and art directors who ensure we keep our institutional clients informed and fully engaged.Responsibilities: Create and execute high-quality design using PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite with expert layout, typography, and overall design excellence. Ability to produce animations and transitions for presentations in PowerPoint. Deliver work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a mature and self-driven approach to tasks and responsibilities. Develop and design high-quality presentations and materials for major sales meetings, conferences, and client-facing events. Create new, innovative designs for event-driven projects, tailored to specific audience and branding requirements. Work closely with Art Directors, designers, and other team members to ensure creative alignment and consistency across deliverables while implementing and upholding brand standards. Upholds the craft of design while valuing delivery (speed to market) over perfection in a test-and-learn environment. Iterates on work based on research learning and documents these insights to share with others. Qualifications: Minimum of five to seven years related work experience. An undergraduate or graduate degree (BS, BFA and/or Masters) in a design, advertising, or communications field or an equivalent combination of training and work experience. Mac OS/Adobe Creative Cloud/Microsoft Office experienced user. Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
