SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer I is responsible for the production and creation of deliverables across various departments, maintaining a nimble workflow and balancing multiple requests without falling behind.  This role will create solutions to problems and exhibit excellent communication to internal stakeholders.  This position requires tenacity to tackle hurdles that arise for task completion at a high level.  This individual will bring a passion for design and naturally look for opportunities to elevate their work, consistently bettering themselves with each project.

Layouts for print and Interactive Media High volume Production Presentations for internal and external functions Digital advertisements Social media assets Logo designs for internal campaigns and initiatives Trade show displays

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or related field With at least 2 years of graphic design experience and corporate branding Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) Proficient PowerPoint and Presentation Skills Basic Motion Graphic capabilities appreciated. Must showcase an exceptional portfolio including print collateral, iconography/infographics, logo designs and basic motion graphic work. Conceptual thinking skills with executable ideas Quick problem solving Effective brainstorming Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (On Site, Home or Hybrid)
