Position: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for refining raw design inputs, organizing graphical elements, and delivering visually engaging static and interactive maps that meet the specific needs of architectural and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Import CAD files into Adobe Illustrator and refine them for design purposes.

· Organize and layer graphical elements to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project standards.

· Enhance maps by applying colors, labels, legends, and other design elements.

· Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables are polished and error-free.

· Collaborate with team members to meet client requirements and project deadlines efficiently.

Skills and Requirements

· Technical Skills:

o Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including advanced tools like Live Paint and Path Clean-Up.

o Familiarity with importing and working with CAD files in Illustrator is preferred.

· Attention to Detail:

o High attention to detail and ability to ensure design precision and consistency.

· Work Ethic:

o Logical, structured, and capable of managing repetitive workflows effectivel

o Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in architecture, real estate, or mapping projects.

o Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
