Working closely with the Acquisition, CRM, VIP and Analytics teams you’ll spearhead the Marketing creative program, and work to maximize player engagement and conversion by researching, documenting and implementing innovative marketing creative execution plans.

 

Ideally, you’ve had experience developing creative & creative planning across the customer funnel for digital-first businesses in the $50M+ annual revenue range taking on both strategy & functional design roles and tasks.

 

This role manages the entire creative marketing plan that is inclusive of planning, creative technology management, creative execution, process & cross-functional management (incl 3rd party agencies). Your goal is to increase the player conversion and lifetime value (revenue, time, and profitability) through increased engagement and retention through the creative offering. You are data focused, which informs your creative planning & iterations. You have proven capabilities in developing sophisticated creative solutions to meet the marcomms plan of the various marketing delivery managers as well as the holistic marcomms omni-channel player experience given the evolving communication channels, and development of a robust test & learn environment.

 

This role requires marketing creative and design experience, expertise & a proven track record in creative planning, as well as the ability to collaborate cross functionally & manage external teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Translate the strategic marketing objectives into clear creative planning

• Lead the development, execution and management of the creative marketing plan. Including the development and execution of the omnichannel approach to marketing, and how the creative plan will meet these objectives & importantly enhance the marcomms conversion & engagement.

• Analyze creative data to iterate on the creative strategy and define actionable tactics across the marcomms channel mix for enhanced conversion performance

• Monitor and report on competitor and market-wide best in show creative, and with the analysis, testing and adopting best practices to continuously improve conversion performance, budget management, and overall profitability

• Operational responsibility of managing the creative process from concept to completion, as well as assisting in managing the external creative team in the production of all marketing collateral ensuring at all costs visual communication and brand standards are met with no loss of credibility to the brand based on any visual or creative delivery

• Excellent people & stakeholder management skills in order to work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly product and tech teams to ensure page load times are not negatively impacted by the asset sizes, or any design focused tool integration

• Working closely with the marketing analytics team to build and monitor dashboards to track and optimize creative channel performance

• Deep knowledge of (with proven success in) email, social, and mobile CRM creative & design best practices

• Execute in a fast-paced, and highly iterative environment

 

 

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Design & Visual Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 4+ years in a graphic design & planning role or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Adaptable, analytical thinker who can work both strategically as well as in a hands-on executional capacity

• Excellent oral and written presentation skills

• Strong ability to manage simultaneous project streams and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving company environment.

• Innovative thinker who looks beyond immediate competitive set for inspiration and ideas.

• Hands-on experience working with a variety of design tools

• Exceptionally knowledgeable in current digital marketing design principles and best practices, and proven success models for delivering best in show creative/design omni-channel planning & execution

• Demonstrated leadership experience in regulated online gaming or e-commerce marketing not required, but highly regarded

• Excellent people & stakeholder management skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraints

• Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of design creation and tools (included but limited to all digital media, social, display, onsite/online, email, landing page creation, gif and video creation, as well as traditional media)

• Proven experience coding in HTML and CSS
