Develop integrated digital narratives by combining visual storytelling and strategic branding elements. Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, adhering to Moderna's design guidelines and high-quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge designs and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related role, preferably in a marketing or digital environment. Expertise in image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools) and a strong portfolio showcasing impactful visual content. Demonstrated ability to create visually engaging designs that align with user experience and marketing goals. Experience working on omnichannel campaigns, delivering design assets for digital, web, email, and social platforms. Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain visual consistency across deliverables. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance and regulatory requirements is desirable. Experience in managing legal, medical and regulatory review processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
