Gray Training Facility (Business Development Team):

The Business Development Team’s mission is to provide cutting-edge marketing solutions, creativity, and exceptional product and service understanding so our advertising professionals are prepared to generate the best results for our clients.  We (Gray TV) seek broadcast media professionals who can train other media professionals to develop client business relationships with our TV stations. Gray training facility is located in Charlotte, NC.

Job Summary/Description:

The Business Development Team seeks a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually compelling elements for both digital and broadcast advertising components, promotional materials, and presentations. As a full-time position, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely and collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and quality across all design assets.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities -

• Designing high-quality brochures, fliers, graphics, and presentations that resonate across multiple audience types.
• Develop both static and animated (HTML5) display ads that accompany video campaign packages, while matching the overall theme, design, and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Crafting visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Collaborate with national and local sales teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver compelling design solutions that drive results.
• Work alongside the team to support creation of video assets, including video editing.
• Contribute to the creation of promotional materials to support company initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel), with the ability to create stunning and well-designed presentations.
• Experience working with HTML5/CSS3 to create Digital ads.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects across various mediums, with a focus on marketing and advertising materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Demo of work is required.
