Graphic Designer, EMEA Digital Hub will collaborate closely with the marketing and social media teams to create visually appealing designs for social media platforms in order to inform about the career opportunities within our company  but also effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms.

Reporting to Digital Hub Manager, EMEA this role will create graphics for the social media platforms in order to support recruitment activities but also promote our brand. 

Key Responsibilities:

Creates eye-catching designs and concepts to promote brand awareness on social media, always aligning to the global communication standards while connecting to the local audiences  Creates graphics that take into account cultural nuances regional preferences and language considerations across the EMEA region  In charge of video and photo editing and adapting Builds and supports the employer branding in EMEA region  Ensures that all graphics maintain a consistent look and feel that aligns with our brand’s guidelines and visual identity across social media platforms throughout EMEA region  Works closely with marketing and social media team and content creators to develop visual content ideas and concepts that resonate with the target audience in different countries  Creates the graphics, illustrations, infographics, animations, and other visual assets  that tell a story  Designs multi-channel marketing materials, from conception to completion in web formats and more specifically illustrations (diagrams, pictograms, logos...)  Utilizes the graphic design tools and softwares to edit, retouch, enhance images for social media posts, ensuring they are visually appealing and culturally appropriate  Defines compelling employer brand messaging that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates our unique selling points as an employer  Conducts regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines 

Experience:

3+ years’ in working in graphic designer roles  

Education:

Bachelor/master degree in faculty of applied arts and technology or similar 

Languages 

Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English  

Tools and Applications: 

Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools Proficiency in using tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign & Sketch  Knowledge of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper and similar is a plus

Has a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and expertise in designing for social media platforms  Excellent communication and active - listening skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple projects simultaneously  Video and photo editing skills Passionate about visual story telling  Collaborative and open to feedback, willing to iterate and improve designs based on input from stakeholders  Ability to simplify processes/things  Knows his/hers different audiences, the social media platform(s) they use, and how to engage them Has cultural sensitivity, adaptability  Has understanding of specific graphic requirements and best practices of each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Linkedin)  Strong problem-solving skills, able to find innovative solutions to design challenges  Passionate about technologies
