Graphics Project Manager
Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. We aim to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.
This role is primary focused on supporting packing graphics production and delivery. Experience supporting Packaging or print projects and production, or a solid understanding of the print production process, is recommended but not required.
Responsibilities:
Autonomously be able to establish schedules and manage to milestones, including project kickoffs, internal creative reviews and handoffs between internal and external partners.Anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements on an on-going basisUtilize established agency tools for managing workflow, timetables, scopes and budgetsWork closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure responsibilities are being transferred seamlessly from Project Management to Production when appropriateBuild and nurture brand and internal project team relationshipsTake personal responsibility to complete high-quality projects on time and on budgetCommunicate quickly and effectively in individual conversations, meetings, and written communicationCreate weekly status reports for all projects managedDrive project and tasks to completionUphold processes and procedures around scheduling, task management, and documentationOther duties as assignedEscalate blockers and at-risk deliverables to appropriate forums in a timely manager to provide transparency and secure help with mitigating where needed. RequirementsBachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in Project Management in a creative environment.
