We are searching for a new member of our team who is eager to help develop applications for our Insurance Business customers in Europe. Together we grow professionally and take part in the integration of a global platform for product and policy administration – a complete solution for managing the whole insurance business, which has more than 100 implementations in 25 countries across the world.

Daily challenges

Participate in daily activities regarding program coding, testing and implementationTake lead development roles on projects including responsibility of the full development lifecycle and architectural decisionsContribute to modifying company products and/or customer/ internal systemsDesign, prepare, and execute unit testsPerform code and peer reviews while following the best practicesDevelop and review feature design documents and provide input/ update to specifications for the solutionProvide mentoring and guidance to other team members

eXperience and skills required

5+ years of experience with GraphTalk Experience in Workers Compensation Insurance domainKnowledge in the Financial or Insurance sectorBachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or related technical fieldGood knowledge and understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Relational DatabasesPractical experience with REST and SOAP API technology would be an advantageAnalytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skillsService oriented behavior and good communication skills to handle internal and external clientsGood command of English as the working languageKnowledge of French or Spanish would be an advantage
