Job description We are looking for a Janitor to take care of our resort and carry out cleaning duties overnight. Full-time or part-time positions available. Responsibilities + Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) + Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects + Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs + Stock and maintain supply rooms + Cooperate with the rest of the staff + Follow all health and safety regulations Skills + Proven working experience as a janitor + Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery + Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Requirements + Must be able to regularly lift up to 20lbs. + Must be able to occasionally lift 50-60lbs. + Must be able to regularly clean on knees. + Must be able and prepared to walk up to four miles a day. + Must be prepared to use cleaning machinery. + Must be able to use a mop.
