Green Infrastructure Design Manager

Project Leadership: Lead the design and development of green infrastructure projects, including stormwater management systems, green roofs, permeable pavements, and rain gardens.
Sustainable Design: Integrate sustainable practices and innovative technologies into project designs to enhance water quality, reduce runoff, and promote environmental sustainability.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing expert guidance on green infrastructure solutions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with community stakeholders, government agencies, and other relevant parties to promote project goals and address any concerns.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design documents, specifications, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and quality.
Innovation: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in green infrastructure and water management, incorporating new ideas into project designs.
