This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a young, vibrant and international team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

What you’ll do :

During the HPE Graduate Program, you will :

Partner closely with our field sales teams, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.Play a fundamental role in our continued growth by setting and developing the sales strategy and relationships for your assigned accounts, territory, or industry area.Cover all activities from preparation of configurations and offers, contract management and conclusion, up to roll-out management as part of the project management and professional escalation managementBe our extended sales force to cover sub accounts of the assigned major accounts to extend our market coverageDevelop new sales activities, campaigns to develop incremental funnel

What you’ll need:

Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2024 with a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, or relatedUp to 12 months of relevant experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and TurkishExperience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technologyExcellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
