THE JOB:

As a Greenskeeper II at Fallen Oak, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by performing routine manual labor at this 18-hole, 7,487-yard championship golf course. You will own the guest experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.60 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently maintain the golf course grounds and property perimeter to include tree workAssist in any project work that is being done on the golf course including but not limited to soil aerationOperates all equipment used in the process of caring for greens, tees, fairways, approaches, roughs, bunkers, cart paths, stream banks, and maintenanceEnsuring  guest/employee safety while operating equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Meets the minimum age requirement of 18 years oldHolds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalentDemonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant work experience in golf course maintenanceCapable of working in outdoor elements – various weather types & temperaturesCan handle multiple tasks at one timeExhibits flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays based on the business needKnowledgeable with routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance
