This Greeter/Concierge position involves assisting patients with the use of Kiosks while checking in for their appointments. This position involves standing longer periods throughout the day.  Intermittent sitting is allowed. 

The Greeter provides information, direction, and assistance to visitors and patients as they enter the facility, in a confidential and courteous manner. This position interacts with patients and visitors of all ages. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Schedule:

Full Time | 80 hours every 2 weeks 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday

Pay and Benefits:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service skills, good verbal and written communication and outstanding phone etiquette.
