Responsibilities:

Cold Prep & Salad Station: Master the art of preparing fresh, high-quality salads and cold dishes. Food Prep: Ensure all ingredients are ready for the day’s service. Storage & Documentation: Chill, store, and record all prepared and leftover food according to health department guidelines. Maintain temperature logs. Sanitation & Safety: Keep your work area inspection-ready and follow all safety procedures. Use and maintain equipment as per guidelines. Advance Preparation: Complete prep work for the next day to ensure smooth operations. Quality Production: Create top-notch cold and grilled food items following standardized recipes and volume requirements. Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to our guests every day. Timely Preparation: Prepare all foods within designated timeframes and monitor food usage to meet volume needs. Chemical Safety: Follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines for the safe use of chemicals and store them properly.
