The FOX Studio Lot is looking for a Grill Cook to join their team!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

All food preparation and production related to the Broiler/Grill Station on the Commissary kitchen hotlinePrepare, produce, and cook all food products as assigned by the Outlet Chef for the Operation's needs including, but not limited to, production of the daily hot entree specials served in the Commissary Grill; preparation and production of a la carte menu items in the dining room; production of catering and special event menu items as assigned by the Outlet ChefStrictly adhere to the recipes and standards set for all food itemsMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times. Clean up and wipe down station at the end of shiftMaintain all equipment in good order through proper use and careOvertime and earlier start times as required by business needsAssist in putting away all delivered merchandise (produce, meat, fish, dry goods, etc.) as neededAdhere to all State and Local Health Department rules and regulationsOther duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

High school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience3-5 years prior culinary experienceBasic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, and sautéFood Safety & Sanitation knowledgeRead and follow assigned recipes and kitchen standardsExcellent customer service and guest interactionStrong customer service backgroundTeam player with a positive attitudeGood communication skillsAvailable to work a flexible schedule including, early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededAble to lift 25 lbs

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $25.76-25.76 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
