What Success Looks Like:

Follows all standard safety procedures as outlined and stated in health and safety program and always uses all approved safety devices and equipment. Keeps the grinder area neat, clean, and orderly at all times. Sorts scrap to be ground or thrown away. Marks all barrels of regrind accurately and clearly with material content. Willingly works in other departments as directed. Able to work in a team environment. Grinds scrap by material or color as demands dictate. Fills out inspection and or TPM reports on the forklift, or any equipment required. Meets any pounds ground quota set for their department. May be required to perform other duties as needed.

 

What You Bring:

Standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and walking on concrete floor. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. High school or equivalent degree. Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others. Forklift safety training and ability to drive forklift safely. Ability to operate air tools safely.

 

 The target hourly wage for this position is $15.00/hr.
