**Job Title: Grinder Machine** **** **Operator** **Job Description** We are looking to add a Machine Operator to our Grinding Department. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and managing machinery, maintaining quality control, and supporting overall plant operations. This role ensures all production tasks are completed according to safety and quality standards and requires strong attention to detail and commitment to process adherence. Machines in the Grinding Department include Blanchard Grinders and Double Disk machines. **Responsibilities** + Operate and manage grinding machinery, including Blanchard Grinders and Double Disk machines. + Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process. + Support overall plant operations by adhering to safety and quality protocols. + Ensure all production tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of experience operating a Blanchard Grinder. + 1-2 years of experience operating a Double Disk machine. + Proficiency in machine operation, metal finishing, and grinding. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Sheet metal work and fabrication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience within Manufacturing Metal Machining is preferred. + Polishing skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
